A Holistic Approach to Fitness
LIT: Lifestyle Incorporated Training Club offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, get the heart rate up or work slow and heavy, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs via our three base styles of Strong, Fit & Flexible.
As the word suggests these are our strength based classes of the week. Broken into full body, upper and lower body specific sessions these are where you get the chance to go heavy on the weights and see what you can really do! Great for toning, putting on muscle and shedding fat, strength training is a must in any well balanced program.
These classes are our more high intensity/cardio based classes designed to help build your cardiovascular fitness.
These classes range from 30-45minutes and are great for shredding unwanted weight as they are designed to be high energy burners and have you working up a serious sweat by the end!
This is our yoga and mobility side of training. We offer mobility classes as part of our timetable to help ensure our clients remain flexible and injury free! We also offer an exclusive passport membership to a local yoga studio Boheme, where any of our members can practice 2 yoga classes per week at this partnering studio.

Our nutrition component works via our simplified & proven system of breaking down the myths and fads associated with “diets” and instead creating a sustainable platform of eating designed to have you feeling the best version of yourself from the inside out. Our coaches are qualified in nutrition and dietary programming and ready to help you understand how to make this system part of your everyday lifestyle too!
This is our mindset program and is a vital aspect in our mission to bring about empowerment, confidence and self love with our clients. Here we teach you to love yourself again and see the huge potential you have when you tap into that self belief.
With these programs you will be guided through an online system that will have you focusing on improving the self from the inside out. We’ll touch on points of gratitude, power of the mind, confidence boosting tips and mental health. We will also host in club events specific to this part of our programming which will be free to our Inspire members.
Use one of our trainers as a personal coach as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. All our trainers are highly qualified and ready to help you reach your goals faster.

OUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We believe in flexible memberships tailored for the individual clients needs.
We offer contract and no contract options, both with the ability to pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year. You can add in the Passport Yoga Membership too or opt out... it's all however you want to make it!
