LIT: Lifestyle Incorporated Training Club offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. STRONG

Functional Strength Training

Our Strength days are comprised of both traditional and functional strength programming. Heavy weight training is a must in any well rounded program to help strengthen and increase lean muscle mass, burn fat and increase metabolic rate. You might shred a body with cardio & HIIT but you shape a body with weights.

SWEAT

High Intensity Interval Training

SWEAT is our HIIT training of the week. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a proven success when it comes to burning high calories and helping to shred unwanted fat. These classes are sure to get the hear rate pumping, sweat dripping and have you pushing at full throttle from start to end!

SPIN CYCLING

Cardio & High Intensity Training

Our dedicated SPIN Cycling studio is your one stop for a full body cardio workout! With bursts of high intensity all choreographed to fun high beat music, you will not only burn a ton of calories in these 30mins non stop classes but have a heap of fun along the way! All levels welcome as you control the intensity of your bike throughout the session with promopts from the instructor on when to pick it up and when to back off.

PILATES & YOGA

Pilates, Yoga & Stretch

Come and unwind with our private pilates and yoga classes. Our 45 - 60min classes are run throughout the day and are the perfect compliment to your more intense training downstairs.

 

We do a variety of mat pilates and yoga throughout the week so you can pick and choose what your body needs each day. All levels of experience welcome and encouraged to come along!

Come in and try out everything we have to offer for a full 1month trial. $49 for new clients only OR better yet bring a friend and we'll drop the price to just $29 each!

$30-$45

We offer a few different options for membership! Our Spin & Fitness Group Training Memberships start from just $40/week for 6month contract or $45/week for 3month contract; plus you have the option to then add unlimited Yoga & Pilates for just $10 extra! Alternatively if you are just after Yoga & Pilates our exclusive membership for just that is only $30 per week.  Send us an email to find out more.

Our casual classes are a great way to still come in and train with us if you don't have the ability to commit to a full membership. Same deal as with the trial, if you come in with a friend we cut the cost down by half and offer just $10 for casual visit!

Grab a 10 pack of classes and save $5 per visit! These have no expiry so you can take your time to work through the pack on any classes you like! All group training and yoga classes included.

Upfront Membership Options

Prefer to pay upfront? No worries we can do that too! We offer 1month, 3month & 6month upfront membership options. Enquire directly to jump on one of our many sales for an upfront option!

We offer 1:1, 2:1 or small group private personal training. Our prices are subject to each coach but start at just $40/30min session. We are very happy to cater to the individual both fitness and financial needs so don't be shy to contact us to get a personalised quote just for you!
