Our private Pilates & Yoga studio is situated upstairs in it's own private oasis. Here, above and out of sight from the more vigerous fitness & spin studios below, you can relax, unwind and calm your mind, body & soul - the perfect place to destress and let all your worries go!
Our classes range from mat pilates which will have you both stretching and strengthening your entire body, especially core and arms as our instructors carefully guide you through 45min class. If you're after a low/no-impact form of training to strengthen, lengthen and tone your boyd our pilates classes are the perfect fit!
Our yoga classes range from 45-75mins, so suitable for any yogi of high or low experience. We focus on more of a hatha and yin style approach in these classes to help compliment all the other training you might be doing downstairs. Definitely a winner for anyone looking to improve flexibility, core strength, breathwork and conditioning as well as a class to still the mind and have you feeling more calm and relaxed then when you first entered the room.
If you are wanting to add pilates/yoga to your existing LIT membership this can easily (and cheaply) be done for just $10/week ontop of your usual direct debit membership. Alternatively if you are just after a pilates/yoga membership for unlimited class access to our private studio this is also available for just $30/week no contract. Alice says that she "instantly fell in love with the practise of yoga, that straight away I knew it was something that would become very special to me". Alice felt the positive effects yoga had on her soon rippled out into her everyday life. She believes that the practise of Pilates works beautifully along side yoga, strengthening us in the mind as well as the body. Her goal is to help her clients in creating a healthy wholesome mind, body and soul. Both the practice of yoga & pilates combined teaches us how to stand stronger and love more, and it is her wish to share and explore this connection with her clients in class.

Chelsea is a qualified Physiotherapist, Yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. Her wealth of knowledge about the human body means you’ll enjoy a class that is suitable to your specific needs with adjustments throughout the practice.
Once you meet Chelsea you will notice her signature vibe of warmth, compassion and enthusiasm. Her good vibes and smile will lift your energy and help you strengthen both your body and mind.
Chelsea has always had a passion for anything movement based, competing in triathlons, swimming and running at a national level.
Chelsea loves the opportunity yoga and pilates has to link the mind and body when practising and how this is fundamental for managing our health holistically.
