Personal trainer for 7+ years and former professional distance runner, Vee has had fitness a part of her very being since she was 9 years old. Her approach to training and health is exactly the model she brings to you at Lifestyle Inc Training - a balanced wholesome approach to making active living and quality nutrition part of your every day lifestyle.
Qualifications include: Fitness Certs III & IV, CHFI Nutrition Lev 1&2, Running Coaching Lev 2&3, Plus various functional training courses including MMA, Boxing, Kettlebell, TRX Suspension, Strength & Conditioning and more.

Originally from NSW, Ash brings a breadth of fitness knowledge. She has worked across many categories and demographics, including young children in after school fitness to personal training with elderly clients. With a background in obstacle racing and weight lifting, Ash uses her own athletic background to form challenging yet fun achievable sessions that all clients love.
Ash’s passion for working alongside any client is to help them achieve a holistic approach to health and fitness. She endeavours to know WHY each of our clients have walked through the door so that she can understand what training and coaching style will suit them best.
You will catch Ash floating around in all areas of our studio, and as a lead trainer and manager of our SPIN studio, her cycle classes are definitely not to be missed.

Jordi has come on board as a trainer with 7+ years of experience in the industry and 20+ years of sporting background, and has previously been a successful competitor in numerous Fitness competitions over the last few years. Her true focus and purpose in the fitness industry is changing lives with a strong focus on a holistic transformation. She feels so passionately about having her clients not just be able to perfect a squat...but to feel encouraged and supported in changing all aspects of their health, not just the physical. She comes with a background in sport specific training, massive weight loss transformations, fitness competition preparation, strength training and programming and combining this with her love of fitness, experience and true passion of improving the quality of people’s lives, she will help you reach whatever goal it is you set yourself. She is always bringing the positive vibes and energy to every single session and wants to share the love with as many of you as possible! Lochy comes on board as one of our key group and personal trainers. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science and will progress into a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2019. Lochy has a deep understanding of the physiology of movement and the effects of exercise on the body, which supports and extends on to his role as a Personal Trainer. Lochy specialises in sports specific strength and conditioning along with hypertrophy training. Known to always have the biggest grin in the gym, Lochy likes to bring an element of fun and enjoyment to all his sessions and creates an environment that caters for the everyday person looking to hit their goals. Lochy also runs his own PT business in and outside the club, via Stay Fit PT.
